Kintsugi — a vessel broken and mended in gold; the break is the point.
Swatch shows the same line — Signal over noise — rendered in this material, so the surface is the only variable.
SURFACE: A once-broken bowl or plate, put back together. The break lines are the design - irregular, branching, unrepeatable seams filled with urushi lacquer and dusted with real gold powder, standing very slightly proud of the glaze with a soft rounded profile and a warm metallic gleam that varies along its length — thicker where the gap was wider, hairline where the fit was close. The ceramic itself is quiet and undecorated so the gold seams carry everything - a matte crackled celadon / warm greyish-white glaze with subtle pooling, a few kiln specks, an unglazed foot showing raw clay. Some seams end in small gold-filled fill patches where a chip was lost. Soft directional light, deep shadow beneath, dark textured tabletop. SKELETON: auto by page role (cover / chapter / list / compare) DEVICE: the page's argument drawn as a form native to this material END: Full-bleed 16:9 — render DEVICE on the SURFACE, per the page's composition. CRITICAL: title in clean legible English; NEVER invent extra words or non-English glyphs; annotations only as marks / numbers / dimension lines; no UI, no cards, no captions.
