A document that expects to be signed. Parchment, iron-gall ink, engrossed calligraphy, a wax seal — the material carries authority before a single word is read. Built for charters, compacts, cap tables, founding agreements: anything where the deck is the ceremony.

vellum, mottled with age, softly worn edges, faint foxing and one old fold line;
iron-gall brownish-black ink; formal engrosser's calligraphy with one large
flourished opening line; fine double hairline rules framing the page; a deep-red
