Prompt formula

SURFACE:  Glass fused to steel — glossy fired surface with soft broad reflections, each colour a separately fired layer so tiny ridges show at every colour boundary. Authentic ageing - chipping along the edges revealing dark steel and small rust blooms, faint speckle, rounded corners, four bolt holes with real rivets casting small shadows. Palette - deep cobalt blue field, cream-white lettering, one signal-red band. Hero - a single large enamel plaque bolted to a weathered riveted steel wall (the wall stays quiet background). The plaque is divided into three stacked enamel bands, each band left empty unless the page's TEXT supplies its label, fired in cream lettering; a small enamel roundel badge sits at the top of the plaque. The page's TEXT fired in bold grotesque cream letters across the plaque head. Heavy, official, built to last 50 years outdoors.
