Prompt formula

SURFACE:  Glass fused to steel — glossy fired surface with soft broad reflections, each colour a separately fired layer so tiny ridges show at every colour boundary. Authentic ageing - chipping along the edges revealing dark steel and small rust blooms, faint speckle, rounded corners, four bolt holes with real rivets casting small shadows. Palette - deep cobalt blue field, cream-white lettering, one signal-red band. Hero - a single large enamel plaque bolted to a weathered riveted steel wall (the wall stays quiet background). The plaque is divided into three stacked enamel bands, each band carrying one label in fired cream lettering; a small enamel roundel badge sits at the top of the plaque. Title fired in bold grotesque cream letters across the plaque head. Heavy, official, built to last 50 years outdoors.
